Database Overview
The Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform is one of the largest databases of scholarly content in mainland China and a powerful gateway for searching academic resources.
The platform brings together the China Academic Journals Database, the China Dissertations and Theses Database, and the China Academic Conference Proceedings Database, covering more than 8,500 Chinese academic journals and providing access to the full text of over 80 million journal articles, master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and conference papers.
It also offers a variety of specialized resources, including the China Local Gazetteers Database, the Chinese and International Patents Database, and the Chinese and International Standards Database.
In addition, drawing on a concept similar to Google Scholar, the platform aggregates freely available full-text scholarly resources from across the web. Through this single platform, users can discover a broader and more comprehensive range of resources, quickly identify their sources, and obtain full texts.
For those engaged in academic research or research and development, the Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform is an indispensable resource discovery tool.
