Connecting from Off-Campus
Providence University SSL-VPN
Current students, faculty and staff can access Library subscription resources off campus. This can be done through the VPN (Virtual Private Network) service. This service requires the account of Providence University "e-Campus Service" for authentication.
SSL-VPN is a virtual private network technology with secure encryption protection. To enable the off-campus users with e-Campus accounts to access the school resources that require the school's IP address for connection, such as library databases, campus-licensed software, remote desktop usage……etc., Office of Information Technology Services has applied for SSL VPN service from the Taiwan Academic Research Network (TWAREN).
