1. Winter borrowing for both books and audiovisual materials starts from 2024/12/23, with the due date extended to 2025/02/26
2. The following cases are not eligible for the due date extension to 2025/02/26:
     (1) Books borrowed or renewed before 2024/12/23.
     (2) Borrowers whose school ID cards will expire before 2025/02/26.
